To provide emergency heating and cooling system replacements and repairs across the State of Maryland. Services generally include the assessment of failed HVAC or water heating systems, the installation of new HVAC systems or performing repairs, and other work to restore functioning heating, cooling, or water heating to income eligible single-family detached homes, duplexes, townhomes, or walk-up buildings with four (4) or fewer units for both owners and renters, as further described in the Scope of Work
