Sidewalk Repairs

Consists of the following scope of work and bid item quantities: 1) Repair of sidewalk and installation of drain plate system at 12W Main Street - The damaged section of sidewalk is located at the NE corner of 12W Main Street on the south side of the roadway where a gutter downspout outlets through the curb via a PVC pipe beneath the sidewalk. Proposed repairs will replace the PVC pipe under the sidewalk with a drain plate system. The drain will connect the gutter downspout to the existing 3” pipe outlet through the curb face and shall resemble the drain crossing the sidewalk at the NW corner of 12 W Main. The area of impacted sidewalk will be approximately 35 sf. 2) Repair of sidewalk at 78W Main Street – The damaged section of sidewalk is near the NE corner of 78W Main Street on the south side of the roadway. Proposed repairs will remove and replace a depressed section of the sidewalk. The area of impacted sidewalk will be approximately 25 sf.
