The work included in this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and all else necessary for and appurtenant to the installation of a new 8" thick, 9,000 sf, reinforced concrete driveway apron, with a hydronic snow melting system, a gas fired 2,000 MBH boiler, heated exchanger, two (2) 5 hp pumps, piping, glycol system, in-slab piping, along with various other improvements
