Downtown Fleet Services Police Garage Remodel

The work to be performed consists, in general, of an alteration of 2,182 square feet of an existing office and storage area to become repair garage area for fleet vehicles. It also includes a removal of a 436 square feet canopy in order that an addition to the building can take its place. Four mounted vehicle lifts shall be installed on a new foundations. The City of Bakersfield shall furnish the following items: Vehicle lifts (four total); any new trees and associated irrigation shall be furnished and installed by others.
