Warwick Ponds Buckeye Brook Stormwater Improvements

The work for the first retrofit (SCP-WP-014) generally includes, but is not limited to: removing the existing wet pond and associated drainage structures and pipes; constructing the proposed expanded wet pond; installing new drain structures, pipes, pretreatment unit, cement concrete overflow weir with riprap, and plantings; placing riprap pad at pipe outfall; removing and replacing chain link fence and guardrail; installing the grassed access path; cleaning existing drainage structures and pipes; preparing the site and installing temporary erosion controls; providing maintenance and protection of traffic and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work. The work for the second retrofit (SCP-WP-015) generally includes, but is not limited to: removing the existing wet pond and associated drainage structures and pipes; constructing the proposed bioretention basin; installing new drain structures, pipes, pretreatment unit, and overflow structure; placing riprap pad at pipe outfall; removing and replacing chain link fence; installing the grassed access path; cleaning existing drainage structures and pipes; preparing the site and installing temporary erosion controls; providing maintenance and protection of traffic and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work.
