Housing Authority Office Addition

The work under the Contract consists of: Construction of a new addition to the existing office space for the housing authority. The new addition will include a new public entrance, lobby/waiting space, two new service windows, and a small office area on the other side of the service windows and tied into the existing office area. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
