The description and location of the project is as follows: Safety improvements to Frankford Avenue that include traffic signal and equipment upgrade. Upgrades include installing pedestrian countdown signal heads, overhead signals on mast arm poles, LED street lighting, upgraded signal cabinets and controller modifications, updated signing and pavement markings, and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 0013, SECTION SP2, in PHILADELPHIA COUNTY, CITY OF PHILADELPHIA from approximately Tyson Avenue at segment 0230 offset 1950 to approximately Carteret Drive at segment 0300 offset 1213; and for STATE ROUTE 2007, SECTION SP2, in PHILADELPHIA COUNTY, CITY OF PHILADELPHIA from approximately Lehigh Avenue (SR 2014) at segment 0060 offset 1692 to approximately Harbison Avenue (SR 2009) at segment 0150 offset 1587.
