Compensation Type: Cost Plus Fixed Fee Agreement Q&A deadline: 08/18/2022 11:00 AM County(s): Statewide Highway Safety Improvement Program support Services The goal of these on-call services is to use Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) funds for the support of the HSIP program under Section 148 of Title 23, United States Code (23 U.S.C. 148) and regulated under Part 924 of Title 23, Code of Federal Regulations (23 CFR Part 924). The Scope of Services includes support in all aspects of the program, including planning, evaluation, implementation, reporting, training and HSIP data improvement. The ultimate goal of these activities is to reduce fatal and serious injury crashes on Nevada's roads. This Scope of Services provides a general description for the types of on-call support for the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) for which the DEPARTMENT may conduct throughout the state of Nevada with the assistance of qualified SERVICE PROVIDER. The HSIP in Nevada is operated in accordance with Section 148 of Title 23, United States Code (23 U.S.C. 148) and regulated under Part 924 of Title 23, Code of Federal Regulations (23 CFR Part 924).
