Town Pound Rock Wall Repair

The Select Board reserves the right to waive all information in bids, to accept any bid or any portion thereof, or to reject any or all bids. In evaluating bids, price shall be a major factor but not the only consideration. The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing their own equipment and shall provide proof of insurance coverage including general and automobile liability, workers compensation and a State predetermination as an independent Contractor, to the satisfaction of the Town. The Town of Lebanon is seeking bid proposals for a rock wall repair at the Town Pound. The Town Pound is located on Center Road, Lebanon, Maine. Administration of this contracted service will be through the Lebanon Select Board. It is the intent of the Town to procure, from an established and experienced stone mason to perform repairs on this historic wall.
