Annual Contract for Clean-Up and Spill Remediation Inside Buildings

Involves clean-up and spill remediation for buildings affected by water main breaks and/or sewage spills. Environmental Protection Department / Environmental Protection Agency ("EPD/EPA")requires the City to disinfect the sewage spill area created by a public spill resulting from a failure in the City's public sewer system. This Contract provides clean-up and spill remediation services which are the responsibility of the City of Atlanta, Department of Watershed Management (DWM). The Service Provider is required to provide Services wherever they are requested within the Department of Watershed Management’s Service Area which includes the City of Atlanta, the portion of Fulton County located south of the Chattahoochee River, and Hartsfield Jackson International Airport.
