Maintenance Trimming: Trimming Shall be Done With a Power Weed Eater for Areas Inaccessible by a Mower With Each Mowing. Trimming Height Shall Match Mowing Height. Spring/Fall Cleanup: Remove Accumulation Of Trash Leaves, Etc. From Landscape in the Spring Prior to the First Mow of the Season. Remove Leaves, Twigs and Dieback in the Fall; a Second Visit may be Required or Requested as Needed. Snow Removal: plow public parking lot and driveways/areas mentioned in the mandatory site visit when 4” or more snowfall has occurred, or when 2” of snow has accumulated and is still falling or if a phone in request is made. if the accumulation of 4” or more occurs during the night before a business day, the snow must be plowed before 7:00am. provide a direct number for the plow operator.
