Chain Link Fence Installation to Prevent Illegal Dumping for 4701 Greenspring

The City of Baltimore Bureau of Procurement is seeking bids for installation of wire fencing for 4701 Greenspring. This is a one-time purchase. Therefore, delivery charges if applicable should be included in the unit cost. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. In order to be considered for an award. All questions in reference to this bid must be submitted under the Q and A tab, which is where all responses will be provided so all bidders have access to this information. Payment Instrument: The City of Baltimore requires all vendors to have an approved authorized procurement instrument (i.e. purchase order, contract, purchase order release, etc.) in hand prior to providing and delivering any services. Entering into contracts and agreements verbally is prohibited. Any contractor who perform services to the City without an approved authorization procurement instrument does so entirely at its own risk and faces the possibility of having payments delayed and/or denied.
