Region 3 HQ Garage Siding Replacement

The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, permits, fees, all wall penetrations, refinish repairs, debris/equipment disposal, and incidentals necessary to demo and replace existing siding, as well as paint soffit/fascia and repair trim on the Region 3 Headquarters Storage Garage. Including, but not limited to: • Remove siding • Repair trim • Paint soffit/fascia to match existing color – paint color must be coordinated with Project Manager prior to use • Wrap garage with under metal house wrap Bid Basis: Tyvek or pre-approved equal • Complete install of new siding per manufacturer’s instruction after providing that information to project manager for review • Bid basis: Beacon Gentek 8” SuperGard steel siding(Steel Lap) or preapproved equal
