Cooling Tower Replacement and Installation at Bryan Building

To replace an existing BAC Model Cooling Tower Units and perform installation of subsidiary equipment, at quoted Time and Material rates at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (University) campus. At a minimum the contractor should be able to perform the following: • Remove and properly dispose of existing BAC Model 15350D Cooling Tower. • Remove all necessary piping, controls and electrical from existing cooling tower. • Replace existing beams and isolators with new steel support beams to accommodate the new cooling tower, if necessary. • Provide new comparable cooling tower. • Set and secure new cooling tower. • Modify existing inlet, return, and overflow piping to conform to the new tower configuration. • Wire motor(s) and other control features to existing electrical circuit in accordance with NC Electrical Code. • Make other modifications as required to accommodate the new tower. • Replace Sump Level Sensor and connect to make-up valve above chiller
