Description

As of May 2023, a timeline for construction has yet to be determined. The Secondary School Complex No. 7 Project Rfp# 05-2023bpo Which Includes Lamar Cisd Tomas High School (7) and Banks Junior High School (7) as a Part of the Lamar Cisd Bond 2020 Program. A Request for Proposals - One Step Process Will Be Utilized as Authorized in Texas Government Code Chapter 2269. The Scope Will Consist of New Construction of a High School and Junior High School Along With Associated Site Improvements Located on a New Site Located Along Fm 723 Near Bellaire Boulevard in Fort Bend County, Tx. Any Questions Regarding the Rfp Package Are to Be Addressed to the Attn: Michael Houy (Michael.houy@pbk.com or 713.965.0608) at Pbk Architects. The District Holds the Right to Consider Proposals Submitted Without the Rfp Forms, Properly Completed, to Be Considered Non-responsive. Mandatory contractor qualification statements are due no later than October 24, 2022 in the office of PBK Architects. Construction of a new High School campus of approximately 394,000 SF with a student capacity of2,000. o Construction of a new Junior High School campus of approximately 196,000 SF with a student capacity of 1,200. o Construction of associated athletic fields for new High School and Junior High campuses and associated field events. o Construction of new parking areas, drives, site utilities, and addition of new storm detention. Road work will include modifications in the TxDOT right-of-way on FM 723.
