Advanced Metering Infrastructure Duncan is seeking aTurn-key solution including installation of all components. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to Duncan for five percent (5%) of the Bid Amount. o Section 1: Executive Summary / Bonding 10% o Section 2: Corporate Overview & Project Team 15% o Section 3: Proposed AMI SYS Technical Solution 30% o Section 4: Project Management & Data ManagementPlan 20% o Section 5: Pricing 25% The primary contact for this Project is David P. The alternate contacts for this project are Kimberly Meek, (City Manager) and Buddy Hokit (Public Works Director). All written and/or verbal communication must be directly with David P. Yeager. Firms are hereby prohibited from contacting any other City Staff member or City Council Member at any point during this procurement process without first obtaining the prior approval of David P. Yeager. Doing so will be grounds for immediate disqualification. This RFP does not commit Duncan to award a contract to any Firm, to pay any costs incurred by any Firm in the preparation of its RFP response, or to contract for any of the services referenced herein.Additionally, Duncan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this RFP process if it is in the best interest of Duncan to do so.
