Description | As of August 24, 2023, this project is under construction. Project consists of a new apartment building, with leasing/community space within building, a pavilion, site amenities and all associated site work. PLEASE NOTE: - Great Southern encourages MBE/WBE participation for the Pointe River project. As a subcontractor or vendor, please provide your certification along with your bid submission if you qualify. - DCA/NGBS: All subs must reference A0-2.1, A0-2.2 & A0-2.3 for DCA & National Green Building Standard requirements, notes & score sheet. All requirements as it pertains to your scope of work must be included in your proposal. - turnkey bids for each trade's specialty requested. - Be sure your proposal includes detailed breakdowns with a written scope of work. - Base bids must be strictly per plans and specifications. If there are any conflicts, bid to the most stringent requirements. If there are any questions or gray areas as to the extent of your scope of work, clearly state any exclusions. - Negotiated GC is looking for VE options. Please give value engineering deduct options to your base bid. Show VE pricing as a deduct to your per plan base bid or give an alternate VE bid in addition to your per plan bid. VE only bids will NOT be accepted. - Price per current market conditions with the best pricing guarantee you can offer. Include your price hold guarantee timeline in your proposal. If possible, provide options for securing long term pricing guarantees or pre-purchase and warehousing. - If you would like a cost escalation agreement (where Negotiated GC would pay for any material price increases from the time of subcontract agreement to the time of material delivery), you must provide supplier quotes showing quantities of materials and unit pricing along with your proposal. |
