Description

The work generally consists of the restoration of storm damage to Cecil Picard Elementary School's Main Academic Building. The Project includes removal and replacement of the existing, approximate 64,000 Square Foot Built-Up Roofing System with a new SBS Modified Bitumen Roof System including all flashing and Sheet Metal. Additionally, the project includes replacement of a limited amount of damaged and/or previously removed suspended acoustical ceiling tile finishes.
