Western Racine County Sewerage District - Wastewater Facilities Improvements

The work, officially known as "Wastewater Facilities Improvements", consists of the construction of a new Rochester Lift Station and force main, upgrade of the activated sludge tanks with new diffused air systems and baffle walls, two new buildings to house aeration blowers, replacement of final clarifier drives and dome covers, replacement of the UV effluent disinfection system, replacement of pumps throughout the plant, new chemical feed dosing systems to replace the existing equipment, and upgrades to the plant SCADA and controls. The work also includes demolition of existing structures, equipment, and systems, site improvements, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other ancillary work required to accomplish the modifications. Work will be substantially completed within 480 days; Final completion- 540 days. Furnish and install, complete, all labor, materials, equipment, tools, power, utilities, transportation, and all other items and services to perform construction of the complete project.
