Description | Rejected - Bid Bond not signed by Bidder PROJECT NAME AND LOCATION (INCLUDE STREET ADDRESS) Thumb Correctional Facility - Egress Ramps and Related Infrastructure Improvements - Phase 2 3225 John Conley Dr., Lapeer, MI 48446 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Interior renovation work: alter the existing exit stairs to permit an ADA compliant exit to the recently installed ramp. The work includes demolition of existing walls and stairs, modifications to the existing hydronic heating system, ductwork, fire suppression, electrical lights and power circuits; and installation of new masonry walls, hollow metal doors and frames, and new metal pan stairs. The exterior work involves replacing existing sidewalks and installation of new concrete equipment pads in the prisoner yards throughout the Facility All requests or inquiries concerning the Bidding Documents, or the Work must be addressed to: Richard Mann, Straub Pettitt Yaste Architects at rmann@straubpettittyaste.com. The email "Subject" must include (Facility Name, Project Name, Date & Time of Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting). NOTE: An individual is only permitted to represent one bidder at a mandatory walk-through.
