Culvert Bid

Five (5) day delivery time requested. If not available through low bidder within five days, culverts may be purchased from the next lowest bidder. No bids will be accepted which include variable or market-basedprices or surcharges. Any bids received after that time will be returned unopened. Envelope containing bid must be sealed and marked as CULVERT BID on outside of envelope. Bid price to include any applicable taxes or fees. The Catahoula Parish Police Jury reserves the right to accept or reject any/and or all bids, to waive informalities and to make award as it may elect. Bidders must include in their proposal a separate statement setting forth any and all preferences to which they claim to be entitled. If any preferences are listed, the name and location of their manufacturer must be stated. Vendors requesting preference per LA RS 39: 1604 must meet all requirements as stated in statute.
