Elementary Schools Lighting and Fire Alarm Replacement

Construction shall be in full accordance with the Bidding Documents, which are on file with the Owner and may be examined by prospective bidders at the following location(s): Eastern Engineering Supply Local Plan Rooms Office of the Owner - Sam Arnes @ the Operations Building - 999 North Front St. Work will be executed under a single Prime Contract, executed on a lump sum basis. Prime Contract will include: 1. One For One Light Fixture Replacement With New LED Fixtures, Switching, Emergency Lighting and Occupancy Sensors: a. Whiteland ES b. Break-O-Day ES c. Pleasant Crossing ES d. Grassy Creek ES 2. Subcontractors and material suppliers may purchase plans. Bids will be executed on proposal forms furnished by the Architect/Engineer, which are in accordance with the Indiana State Board of Accounts Form #96, as required by the Statutes of the State of Indiana. Bid security in the amount often percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders.
