Description

DCAMM Certificate. Union Park Development Modernization Full modernization of the Union Park Development located at two sites in Chelsea, MA. Scope of work to include exterior door and window replacement, full kitchen and bath replacement and new flooring and paint in all units and common spaces. Mechanical improvements include new plumbing, electrical switches and wiring as required, replacement of existing baseboard heating and thermostats and new fire protection systems for all units and common spaces. Exterior improvements will include new lines for fire suppression system and new asphalt paving with re-grading of site and new ramps to make it ADA accessible.
