This work will preserve the integrity of the pavement by preventing water infiltration and therefore prevent or slow asphalt aggregate binding degradation associated with water infiltration. In addition to preserving the pavement surface, mastic treatments may also have corrective properties that improve pavement rideability. The work will be done on select federal aid eligible state routes in various municipalities in the counties of Dutchess, Orange, Rockland, and Westchester. This project is located in the HUDSON VALLEY region and includes the following: Counties ORANGE ROCKLAND DUTCHESS WESTCHESTER Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond.
