Description

As of September 5,2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on September 12, 2023. All questions prior to bid opening must be received by the close of business on July 25, 2023. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract Prime Contracts are separate contracts between the Owner and independent contractors, representing significant construction activities.
