2020 Capital Project - Contract No. 03 Mechanical / Plumbing Work Prime Contract (MC/PC)

The Owner, the Gloversville Enlarged School District, will receive separate sealed bids to furnish material and labor to complete District Wide Building Renovations & Additions. SED Control Numbers Boulevard Elementary School 17-05-00-01-0-004-012 McNab Elementary School 17-05-00-01-0-007-010 Park Terrace Elementary School 17-05-00-01-0-009-011 High School 17-05-00-01-0-010-020 Meco Elementary School 17-05-00-01-0-014-010 Kingsborough Elementary School 17-05-00-01-0-015-014 Middle School 17-05-00-01-0-019-011 Transportation Facility 17-05-00-01-5-024-004 Each Bidder must deposit a Bid Security in the amount and form per the conditions provided in Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days after the Bid Opening. Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. This project is publicly funded. The Bidders must comply with New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment. The Gloversville Enlarged School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject all Bids without explanation.
