BCA Building Roof Replacement

The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Remove the existing built-up roof and install a new gravel surfaced built-up roof. 2. Remove and reinstall existing lightning protection. Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a subcontractor, the work for at least three (3) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since April 1, 2018 for construction of a gravel surfaced built-up roof on a public facility.
