The trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids A brief description of the required work is as follows: The construction of a new-build township administration building pursuant to the plans and specifications provided with this material, including any and facets and related functions as set forth therein. The location of the project is generally 6290 Sportsman Club Road, Johnstown, Liberty Township, Licking County, Ohio 43031. The Project consists of all labor, materials, and services necessary for the timely and proper completion of the LIBERTY TOWNSHIP ADMINISTRATION BUILDING PROJECT, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. including all facets of the construction of a new-build administration building for Liberty Township, Licking County, Ohio, as set forth in the bid plans and specifications attached hereto.
