North Rivian Motorway Manufacturing Addition

The project scope includes a 39,000-square-foot addition on the southeast side of the building and a 262,000-square-foot addition on the west side of the building. As of January 6, 2021, this project is under construction. Due to the size of this project, the process for construction is ongoing. At this time there are no bidding opportunities. However future opportunities may be available at a later day.
