Residential Window Replacement

SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Remove, haul away and properly dispose of all windows and debris. 2. Provide and install all new replacement windows according to specs as listed below. 3. Manufacturers name and series / style of window to be provided in quote. 4. Warranty information to be clearly provided in quote. 5. Windows to be installed per manufacturers specifications. 6. Contractor shall insulate all openings using low expansion injectable foam insulation. 7. Windows to be white in color. 8. Contractor shall wrap all exterior framing in maintenance free aluminum trim foil, white color. 9. Contractor shall properly caulk all interior and exterior opening using a premium window sealant. 10. A final field inspection shall be performed prior to final order. 11. This project will be permitted thru Cook County Building and Zoning. The vendor must have a CCBZ current registration. It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with this code and install accordingly. 12. Forest Preserves will carry the permit and permit fee
