Description

The selected engineering firm or financial professional will develop new system development fees for the purpose of recovering costs associated with capital improvement and capital rehabilitation costs for sanitary sewer construction projects tributary to the Triangle Wastewater Treatment Plant (TWWTP) in accordance with North Carolina General Statute 162A, Article 8, System Development Fees. Work will include revising the existing five-year capital improvement plan to cover a 10-to-20-year period, including costs. The selected firm will present the information at a regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners Meeting.
