Description

The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: qualifications to study the low impact development (LID) best management practices (BMPs) associated with post-construction retention stormwater permit requirements on the water budget of the Great Salt Lake as required by HB429. See Attachment B for more information. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code. Deliverables will be provided to DWQ and DWRe by September 1, 2023, prior to the November NRAE Interim Committee meeting in November of 2023.
