JBLM-B3459 Addition

This project entails the construction of a new addition (2,500SF) to existing building 3459 at Joint Base Lewis-McChord to better accommodate the working and training needs of the building’s operation. Spaces added include the following: Human performance training area, radio equipment storage space, athletic trainer office, detachment commander office, senior enlisted advisor office, break room and laundry area. A new fire alarm and mass notification system shall also be installed for the whole building. The existing building will require minor modifications to support the addition. The wall separating the existing and new building will be fire rated. Some structural modifications will be required in the existing building as well. Miscellaneous modifications will be required for the electrical, telecommunication, and plumbing systems. The Contractor shall supply all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with this Statement of Work, specifications, referenced drawings and the provisions of the Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide a complete and usable facility for Building 3459.
