Drilling, Construction, Development, and Test Pumping For Pavillion Well No. 9

The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the complete and satisfactory plugging of and abandonment of a water well. The CONTRACTOR shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances relating to performances of the work. All work is to be done in accordance with the Wyoming State Engineer's Office's Regulations and Instructions, Part III - Water Well Minimum Construction Standards, Chapter 4, Section 4(b). The proposed Pavillion No. 9 well site is located in the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 7, Township 3 North, Range 2 West W.R.M.. The WORK site can be accessed by driving north through the Midvale Irrigation District storage yard along the dedicated access route (see Figure 1). All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the ENGINEER. Corrections considered necessary by the ENGINEER in response to requests for interpretation or clarification will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the ENGINEER as having received the Contract Documents.
