Description

Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Debbie Bayles at Debbie.Bayles @VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM on November 7th, 2022. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From date of award through one (1) year (renewable) The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract for each designated area of the Commonwealth as shown on Attachment F - Area and District Location Map for asbestos project monitoring, asbestos inspection services, lead inspection services and related services utilizing qualified Virginia Licensed Asbestos Project Monitors, Virginia Licensed Asbestos Inspectors and Virginia Licensed Lead-Based Paint Inspectors or Risk Assessors. The contracted firm(s), hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, will perform these services for the Virginia Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as the Department for projects located in that Area in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
