Key Street Building Demolition

The Proposer will be responsible for demolition, removal, and proper disposal of the structure, concrete foundation, and all contents of the structure. The Proposer will be responsible for all costs of transport and proper disposal of all demolition debris. The property includes, but is not limited to, one (1) warehouse building approximately 12,800 sq. ft., constructed of a wood frame with sheet metal walls and roofing on a wood floor with some concrete slab areas.
