Library Grounds Maintenance

1. Spring Clean-Up: Removal of debris, leaves, and branches from parking lot, lawn, and shrub beds. Weed and edge the planting beds. 2. Lawn Application: Following the spring clean-up, application of fertilizer and crab grass control on the lawns. 3. Pre-Emergent Weed Control: Following the spring clean-up, application of a granular pre-emergent weed control throughout the planting beds. 4. Mulch Installation: Supply, deliver, and install brown mulch blend on existing plant beds throughout the property. 5. Front Planter: Install flowering plants for color (please recommend a combination of annuals and perennials). 6. Maintenance: Provide weed control maintenance of the beds monthly from May-September. 7. Fall Clean-Up: General clean-up of the entire grounds, including leaf raking, to be assisted by library staff.
