Poinciana Service Area Utility Construction Neighborhood 2 West, Village 7

Includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to: Construct approximately 11,110 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary gravity main, 57 sanitary manholes, 35 single sanitary laterals, 60 double sanitary laterals and equip an existing lift station with a second pump and guide rail system. The project also includes the construction of approximately 10,356 lineal feet of 8- inch potable water main, 26 single residential services, 59 double residential services, 20 fire hydrants and the usual appurtenances. The work will be complete in two (2) phases within an existing platted residential development which will require extensive roadway open cuts, repairs and right-of-way restoration.
