Description

The Project consists of a 14,000 sq. ft. area which will include two plazas, arbor, ADA sidewalks, benches, planters, trash receptacles, relocated bike rack, lighting, landscaping, chain-link fencing, decorative fencing and stormwater management facilities. Existing parking lot drainage improvements include a new inlet, drainage pipe and regraded rain gardens. Additional parking lot lighting and ADA parking space are also included.
