| Description | Sealed Bids will be received by the Hoboken South Waterfront Board at the offices of ENGenuity Infrastructure. Specific tasks will include hand sanding and repainting the waterfront railing, installation of new deciduous trees along the walkway and Sinatra drive in areas where they were previously in poor or dead condition, an upgraded irrigation system, power washing and sealing benches, resetting existing settled brick pavers, placing new pavers where required, resetting miscellaneous granite steps and retaining walls around the pier, as well as enhancements to the overall landscaping with new grasses and shrubs | ||||||||
