Kennedy Booster Station Upgrades (General)

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, made payable to West View Water Authority, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. (1) A bond for ten percent (10%) of the full amount of the bid, or (2) A certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. Compliance is required with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any, or all, bids and to waive any informalities within the bids received.
