Description | This project is to Replace Patient Care Units at the VANJ Healthcare System's East Orange Campus, 385 Tremont Ave. East Orange, NJ 07018. The contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, personnel and supervision to accomplish project number 561-23-900 Replace Patient Care Units IAW the Statement of Work, Specifications, Drawings and installation instructions attached hereto. The contractor will be responsible to coordinate and schedule work and shall be expected to plan work typically during duty hours of 8AM and 4:30PM except as noted in the general conditions and as approved by the Contracting Officer. NAICS: 238220 Size Standard: $16.5 Million Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 and $500,000 Period of Performant is 210 calendar days from NTP. This includes estimated lead time for order and delivery of units. This requirement is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Potential contractors must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) with a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and are verified/visible/certified as an SDVOSB on veterans.certify.sba.gov at the time of bid submission and prior to award of this procurement. Bidders must submit their annual Vets-4212 Report. A site visit is scheduled for 04/17/2023 at 10AM EST. Prospective bidders are to meet at BLDG 5A of the East Orange VA Campus. This will be the only site visit for this project, no other site visits will be scheduled. All requests for information (RFI) must be emailed to victoria.clark6@va.gov NLT 4PM on 04/19/2023. IAW 852.219-74 VA Notice of Limitations in Subcontracting, the attached Certificate of Compliance must be signed and submitted with your bid. IAW 52.225-2 Buy American Act, the attached Buy American Certificate bus be signed and submitted with your bid.
