Janitorial Services

The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, tools, personnel, and supervision to clean the Weather Forecast Office as described in this statement of work. The facility has 4742 square feet of cleanable space (approximately 37 percent carpet 63 percent tile), 10 windows, 2 entry ways (1 front entry way and 1 back entry way) and 24 employees. This facility is in operation 24/7. The supplies shall be properly stored in the area designated by the Government Contact Point (GCP). The contractor shall be responsible for satisfactorily managing and performing programs for cleaning as specified herein (including monthly spot checks of work performed). The supplies the contractor shall furnish shall be of commercial grade (to include: toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap(s), trash can liners, garbage bags, cleaning solutions, etc.). Specific days and/or times of all work to be performed shall be coordinated with the GCP. Work to be performed on government recognized holidays shall be accomplished the following day or as agreed upon the contractor and GCP. Any cleaning missed due to severe weather operations shall be accomplished the following day.
