| Description | The Swaney Memorial Library at 210 S. Court St. New Cumberland, WV is seeking bids for repairing or upgrading the current heating system for the basement zone of the facility. The current system uses a Capitol Gas Boiler from U.S. Radiator Corporation to pump water throughout the building for heating. We recently had a leak in the basement that required the water from the boiler be shut off to that zone.
