Description | The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners, Gulf County, Florida (the "County") is seeking professional consultant services for the NRCS EWP Debris Removal Project. The scope of work will include (but not be limited to) surveying, engineering, production of construction drawings, contract administration, and monitoring/ inspection services for the debris removal from the waterways within Gulf County. Miscellaneous provisions. The Board will not be responsible for the late deliveries of proposals that are incorrectly addressed, delivered in person, by mail or any other type of delivery service. Proposers may obtain the specifications and details of this RFQ from the county's website at www.gulfcounty-fl.gov or will be provided upon written request by contacting: Deputy Clerk Leanna Roberts, 1000 Cecil G. Costin Sr., Blvd., Room 149, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456, Phone (850) 229-6112, or info @gulfclerk.com. Any questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted in writing no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern, on January 23, 2020 and should be directed to Kari Summers at ksummers@ gulfcounty-fl.gov and a copy of your correspondence to Leanna Roberts at info@gulfclerk.com. The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive minor formalities in any proposal and to accept any proposal which they consider to be in the best public interest and to reject any part of, or any and all proposals. The bid will be awarded on the most qualified consultant and best respondent with the most desirable qualifications in the opinion of the County. The Gulf County Board of CountyCommission- er's decision shall be final and conclusive. The Board shall have the final decision -making authority concerning any final award to a consultant by the County. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked in order of preference by the Gulf County Administrator and or its delegated staff. The County may also request additional information from consultants that may be necessary to fully evaluate a proposal. The proposals will be evaluated and then submitted with recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners. If only one proposal is received, the County may negotiate in good faith. All proposals that are timely received shall become the property of the County and any costs or expenses incurred in relation to preparation and submission of proposals shall be borne by the proposer. Such proposals and related information shall be subject to the applicable provisions of the Florida Public Records Act. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
