The contractor must submit the Qualification Application at least 10 days before the Quote/Bid Due Date in order for its quote/bid to be considered. The work isto be done under the terms and conditions of Palm Beach County's Annual Contract - Minor Construction as supplemented by this Invitation for Quote/Bid.
