Description

The City of Hampton is seeking bids from responsible and responsive bidders to furnish and apply Engineered Wood Fiber playground mulch at school and park sites and walnut dyed hardwood mulch at various plant bed areas throughout the City of Hampton on an annual needs basis. 2. Only bagged mulch (plant bed use) or mulch off loaded using a mulch blower (playground use) shall be used.
