Description

The work shall generally consist of: Mill existing pavement surface on Byron Ave. and overlay both Byron Ave. and Whittier St. with new hot mix asphalt, install new curb and gutter and sidewalk along Whittier St., construct new concrete valley gutter and drivepads at driveways and alleys, and replace existing storm sewer culverts at Whittier St. and Colfax Avenue.
