Description

No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) calendar days after bid opening.The Henrietta Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or proposals as the best interest of the Henrietta Fire District may require. All bids submitted must include the bidding certifications required pursuant to the provisions of New York State General Municipal Law sections 103-d and 103-g and State Finance Law section 139-1. The required certification forms are available at the Office of the Secretary of the Fire District, 850 Bailey Road, West Henrietta, NY 14586. Henrietta Fire District By: Barbara A. Schaeffer Secretary/Treasurer. Bids shall also separately state gross price for the above specified material or equipment less any tax exemption to which the Henrietta Fire District is entitled. Each bid shall be accompanied by certified check or bid bond payable to "Henrietta Fire District" in the amount of 5% of total bid price.
