| Description | The City of Jefferson, Planning and Protective Services, herein referred to as City, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide yard waste drop-off site(s) and composting systems capable of handling yard waste generated in Jefferson City, Missouri. The City of Jefferson reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received in response to this RFP, or to cancel the RFP if it is in the best interest of the City of Jefferson to do so. Failure to furnish all information requested in this RFP may disqualify the proposal. Any exceptions to the requirements specified must be identified within the proposal. Questions should be submitted no later than April 24, 2023. Proposers agree that proposals will remain firm for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the closing date |
